How to use the Wildflower Info

Under each month is listed an area where the flowers typically peak - "Prime Time", or when they are just starting. Some flowers like the cactus flowers start, peak and then fade all in a few weeks time, while others will bloom all summer long.

Although I have listed some of the flowers you will see in a particular month, at any time during spring and summer there are LOTS more available that are not listed.

I noted that the Fishhook cactus peak in Canyonlands in May, but if you go in June, you'll see other flowers like globe mallow and rabbit brush. Nature puts on a flower show all summer long!
